1. Security Deposit

A security deposit is required at the time of check-in.

The amount of the deposit varies depending on the length of stay and the type of unit booked.

The deposit must be paid in cash. All currencies are accepted; however, the refund will be made in the same currency provided.

The security deposit will be refunded in full upon check-out, after a satisfactory inspection of the unit.

Any damages, losses, or violations of the rental agreement will be deducted from the security deposit accordingly.
2. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time: Between 15:00 and 19:00.

Check-out time: By 11:00 AM.

Check-in or check-out outside of standard hours is subject to prior approval and will incur an additional charge.

Late check-outs may not be possible if there is a same-day arrival and may result in extra fees.
3. Cancellation Policy
If the guest chooses to cancel their reservation, the following conditions apply regarding the pre-payment:

More than 3 weeks before check-in:
75% of the pre-payment will be forfeited. -
More than 2 weeks before check-in:
50% of the pre-payment will be forfeited. -
More than 7 days before check-in:
25% of the pre-payment will be forfeited. -
More than 6 days before check-in:
0% of the pre-payment will be forfeited (full refund of pre-payment). -
More than 1 day before check-in:
0% of the rental amount will be forfeited (no charge on rental amount).
Note: Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7 business days.
4. Booking Confirmation

The guest must sign the booking confirmation to validate the reservation.

By signing the confirmation, the guest agrees to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined in this document and in the rental agreement.

Failure to comply with the signed terms may result in cancellation of the booking and/or deductions from the security deposit.
5. Other Conditions

The guest is responsible for maintaining the condition of the property during their stay.

Any violation of the house rules or rental agreement may result in deductions from the security deposit or additional charges.
